Food Safety Guide
Please ensure the transportation time for the Yu Sheng is within 1 hour, and to be served immediately at destination.
If you wish to serve it later, keep the Yu Sheng refrigerated for only up to 2 hours, and must be consumed within 3 hours from collection.
